  Our recent delivery was left right outside our busy building, even though every box clearly had our suite number. This isn’t just careless, it’s unsafe and unacceptable. We expect packages to be delivered properly, not abandoned in public areas. DO BETTER!

  Our Ring doorbell didn't make a sound on the App when we had a very important package arrive that needed a signature, so we missed the package. It was critical that we received it on time and we could not wait another day for a second attempted delivery. We drove to the Ship Center to see what was possible. Lisa was SO nice and understanding. She called the driver and he didn't answer but she wrote down my number to call me back when the driver called her back. Within 30 minutes she called me with an option to receive the package the same day. Lisa and the driver went above and beyond with customer service. THANK YOU!
