He is amazing and I thank him so much for his expertise, even though I was taking a lot of time he was profoundly helpful and professional. The location and hours are excellent, and the employees are super excellent - I want to praise Matthew’s service in a particular way.

  Most recently went to this location to crate (box) and ship a large photo. They were great — packed it up, shipped it, and it arrived in one piece. Great service and reasonable price.

  BEWARE THIS STORE, TAPE EVERYTHING UP BEFORE DROPPING OFF PACKAGES, AND DON'T TRUST THEM PACKAGING THINGS FOR YOU. We brought in a couple letter openers in a weirdly large case to be shipped to my dad for father's day, when he got the package, that this store allegedly packed, the $800 knife was missing. The only conclusion I can draw is that after we trusted this store to pack our items one of the employees took it or they left the items unattended despite putting them being behind the counter. When we asked about it the employee my husband talked to gave the typical "Well we can't do anything about it, you need to go to corporate." Considering the item went missing in the store after we dropped it off I would think that the manager would be more concerned with whether there is theft happening. They know full well corporate won't help us since there are no pictures of the package since the employees didn't pack it while we were there. I regret trusting a reputable name like this FEDEX with our odd shaped item and hope to warn others as well.
