Recently found myself at this location in the midst of a family emergency when getting some items shipped was of urgent importance. I have always chosen a competitor of FedEx because of their proximity to my home and my belief that their prices were better. I was not in a good place when I went in, but Jasmine was incredibly patient and compassionate. Through my tears, she quickly helped me find the best option. She made me a permanent FedEx customer that day. Since then I have returned several times and found everyone, especially Nina, to be knowledgeable and kind. I have also found that their prices are actually better than what I have been spending and their shipping more reliable.

Poor customer service. Might as well start using robots who are at least friendly and willing to help people.

Matthew helped me with printing prayer cards and programs for a funeral. He was able to expedite the printing to make sure they were ready quickly and handcut for perfection. The price, professionalism, quality and customer service were all outstanding. This same location helped me with a last minute pasport a year prior. This place is my go to. Always amazing!! Special thank you to Matthew.
