  Honestly, one of the worst service experiences I’ve had at a Subway. The employees were constantly talking among themselves and ignoring customers. The service was painfully slow, and no one seemed engaged or attentive. To make things worse, I found a hair in my sandwich, and the bread didn’t taste fresh at all, like it had been sitting from the day before. The overall atmosphere felt off, and the staff appeared distracted as they are intoxicated. It left a very bad impression.

  5 stars for Zen who was working by himself. He made a great wrap and I was impressed how well he followed clean food handling procedures. Very polite. Just wish he didn't have to work by himself because it was a long wait.
