  My family and I visit this subway frequently. Tonight I noticed that there was one attendant in the front with a lobby full of people. She seemed overwhelmed and was trying to process orders. The second attendant smaller in stature and wearing glasses came out from the back. She took our order. I had to repeat every order. Didn't seem like she was listening. After we paid and got our food we sat down and ate. The second attendant started mopping a dirty floor. Literally didnt wipe down tables, chairs or booths. Just grabbed a mop and started pushing it around. She gave the vibe that she didnt care at all. I watched her go from one side of the lobby to the other side. Visible food debris on the floor just mopped and pushed around. After she halted cleaned. She stood at the front by the register playing on her phone. Then stood near the sink drinking and eating. I guess this worker doesnt prioritize cleanliness and cross contamination. Its pretty disgusting watching a food service working just casually eat and drink and being so lax on cleanliness. I told the other attendant that its equivalent to dumping trash on the tables and eat with garbage. We ate there on 7/8/26 at approximately 7:45. I hope this review will have some sort of corrective actions for the employee and their lack of cleanliness.
