  I packed a package to ship and brought it to the store. I needed one extra piece of tape across the top before it could go out the door. The associate wouldn’t tape it for me. He pointed at the wall and told me I needed to buy some. I’m not buying tape for one small strip. that’s awful customer service.

  The gentleman running the store by himself was a blessing. He was being as nice as he could be with the rude and impatient customers that continued to come in. He was so patient and kind in ensuring my sister and I's family items were shipped back to us safely. Thank you for being so thoughtful and empathetic after losing our mother.
