  The guy that was helping me had no idea what services the store offers. Every question was met with I don’t know and a shrug. Couldn’t tell me if they could add a signature to a return label I received from the company. How do you not know, you work here. It’s a basic question. Not asking you to solve a mathematical derivative.

  Had a mailbox here for almost a year, and used to deliver packages. Great, friendly service. No complaints.

  Don’t ever do a GSR here “guaranteed service refund” is nonsense. They sent me my refund as a check, can’t your point of sale system refund me your guarantee. Oh right you are using technology from the 60s Horrible customer service. I have not received my refund. Edit: 06/26 received the refund finally CUSTOMERS BEWARE that fuel surcharges are non refundable $50 dollars I coughed up for a 1/2lbs package

  I got a package that needed to be dropped off. The experience could not have been easier and faster. The person up front was able to answer all of my questions. Most importantly, she was really nice. Appreciate the kindness and good vibes from this place
