  She tried to overcharge me then refused to give me her name. She said she was the manager and would not let me report her. She was mexican and chased me out calling me names. I tried calling customer service 800 numbers, multiple different ones but i guess subway doesnt care. Eat here with caution.

  The older woman, Victoria, is 90% of the reason we will not be coming back to this location. Not being able to order in the app and always being out of ingredients is the other 10%. She refused to make nachos, saying that it wasn't something they were doing (see pictures of nacho sign on window). The app says they are closed when they are obviously open. It seems someone turns app ordering off. Victoria left the store to go to the nearby liquor and vape store. She exited the Vape store, started smoking a cigarette, put it out on the picnic tables, walked in the restaurant's side door, and immediately went back to making food. WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS. It is difficult to get a receipt and and today, Victoria kept skipping the screen that asks for my phone number (to get points). I can't get points on the $40 I spent (on TWO MEALS!) if I don't have a receipt or if I am not allowed to input my phone number. I did some searching (all public information), and it would appear the owners of this franchise are Amish Prabhudas Shah and his wife, Gitu Shah. The name of their business is BHUJS Inc. BHJUS Inc has an affiliate company called Pichoi Corporation. Both are registered in Castle Pines, CO. The umbrella company was incorporated September 30, 2022. On July 6, 2026, BHUJD Inc and Pichoi Corporation filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Steve Mulligan said in a LinkedIn Post from July 2026: BHUJS Inc., dba Subway, of Castle Pines, CO filed chapter 11 on 07/06/26, case no. 26-14865 JGR. The debtor elected to proceed under Subchapter V and lists assets of $270,324 and liabilities of $2,102,858. Pichoi Corporation dba Subway of Castle Pines, CO, an affiliate of BHUJS also filed chapter 11, case no. 26-14866. The debtor elected to proceed under Subchapter V and lists assets of $437,217 and liabilities of $1,438,113. This makes me wonder if this is the reason for the poor customer service and items being consistently out of stock. If they are filing Chapter 11, they don't have the money to order supplies or make repairs. If they don't have supplies, they can't fulfill orders and lose customers. The workers might be very stressed due to job uncertainty. While this does not excuse their behavior towards me and others recently, it does give an explanation.
