Grew up coming to this location and as the years went by they got stricter with their coupons, went from not including certain meats and breads in the coupons to a sign on the door that says “NO COUPONS” This is honestly upsetting because then what’s the reason for the coupons we all get. Do better.
Mobile ordered 2 foot longs and spend 32 dollars for the food only for our sandwiches to not be warmed we didn’t order cold sandwiches i ordered a blt and my boyfriend ordered the chicken teriyaki sub i took a bite and the meat was just cold. who wants a cold blt? and my boyfriend’s sandwich was cold as well and i know that the chicken teriyaki one is supposed to be warmed and usally blts are warmed i called they told me they’d fix my sandwich only for me to walk in and them to basically blame me and say i didn’t ask for it toasted i mean a blt is supposed to be warmed last time i check when you make a blt you toast the bread and warm the bacon, should’ve just made me own at home. they made me a new one just to add 1 percent bacon and 99 percent veggie. disappointed because i work in the food industry and i would’ve never done that but to each there own. also the store was just dirty looking on another note clean ur store
My experience today was good, nothing too crazy. I just couldn't bring myself towards a higher rating due to some issues I perceived. Firstly, you are greeted with a taped paper sign written in marker saying in all caps "NO COUPONS!" Certainly not too welcoming but ok. Second, the men's bathroom just doesn't have a lock, so I guess the men just have to prepare for unwanted visitors. Lastly, this location does not accept $50 or $100 bills, and the group ahead of everyone needed to leave so that they could get another form of payment. Instead of voiding the order, we just waited until the customer a few spots ahead of us asked the cashier to let us all go ahead. Also the napkins aren't self-serve, which is inconvenient.
On a positive note, the cashiers were friendly, and the interior was relatively clean. The food wasn't burnt and it was all relatively fresh.

I came in 2 weeks ago & had a friend of mine p/u our order. HIS sandwich was fine! MINE..? Ahem.. let’s just say if I wanted ALL BREAD 🥖 & hardly anything else on it?.. I would’ve gone to the grocery store & got my own ingredients & made my OWN.. but, I pleasantly called the store here & s/w someone who told me that they profusely apologize.. & took my name down for a replacement sandwich. I came back TODAY.. & they conveniently didn’t have my name on record AND the associate called JULIE the manager.. who gave me the 3rd degree.. (unbelievable..) and said that she’s willing to ‘comp’ me an alternative sandwich for less.. because I ‘didn’t come back the SAME DAY’.. and then after handing the phone back to the associate, she then tells me that JULIE tells her to ONLY ‘comp’ me a 6” sandwich when I PAID for a 12”! So, not only did JULIE back-stab me AFTER telling ME she’d take care of it this time.. she called the store BACK and tells the associate NOT to ‘comp’ me the sandwich at all.. and tells me that I need to LEAVE!! UNBELIEVABLE!! This is the w/o a doubt, the WORST managerial decision I’ve ever witnessed in my life! I’m 56 years old.. hold a position in the media with the DENVER POST!! And she STILL insults me by telling her associate that I need to leave but, to add insult to injury.. tells her that if I don’t leave.. to call the police! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??
Sooo.. word of advice?.. Dodge this SUBWAY location at all costs! Like I said.. I’ve NEVER witnessed such a lack of professionalism in my life!!

Apparently this location does not accept coupons because the boss of the location does not allow them to yet Subway sends their customers coupons that we can't even use in their location this is considered false advertisement and so inconvenient!
