  I have had a fantastic experience with Paul Larson Allstate Insurance, especially working with Molly. She proactively reached out and helped me find a better policy setup with a lower monthly payment before I even started shopping around. That level of customer care is rare and deeply appreciated. The process was quick and easy, even with a few technical hiccups, and everything was handled professionally. I also appreciate that the agency sends thoughtful updates about severe weather, holiday hours, and important information without overwhelming my inbox. They strike the perfect balance between being proactive and respectful of your time. Excellent service, great communication, and a team that truly looks out for their customers. Highly recommend!

  I called in to add a vehicle to my current policy. I spoke with Jay he was quick and to the point but did not skip any information I needed. He did not try to sell me anything I didn’t want or try to upsell me on a “better” policy. I was on and off the phone in 9 minutes and most of that was me looking for information on the vehicle I was adding. He explained my coverage and continued to explain my new bill. Definitely recommend.
