  Nothing worked when I got home yesterday, then I came in today to see what they can do about it and the gentleman Daniel i believe was very helpful and informative. Found out I have free HBO no thanks to the little lady that help me out yesterday-she was helpful but she definitely did NOT want to be here.

  Daniel is always very nice! I live near 14th but I go to Daniel in lakewood because of his great customer service!
