  Doors were locked on a Sunday at 3 PM. The Hours state they’re open until 5 PM.

  Terrible customer service by the manager no less. Go to any other cricket than this location. I called ahead and was told to come in for help with my elderly fathers phone. Upon arrival all the employees, including the management, were gossiping at the register. When finally greeted I was told they would not help me. I'm extremely upset that I drove to this location and was denied help along with eye rolls and terrible attitudes. Again, visit another location if you want good customer service.
