  I would give this agent office a zero star rating if I could. I set up an auto and renters policy for 2 of my vehicles. My 2023 Dodge Durango SRT was a financed vehicle and McKenzie Stunkel chose to not add my Lien holders information onto the policy back in December 2025 and she also NEVER updated my autopay information since February 2026 through May 2026 and she kept withdrawing my autopay payments from the incorrect bank causing me NSF fees and late fees every month. In May 2026 due to her errors my autopay was never withdrawn out of either of my 2 banks and my autopay insurance was cancelled and myself and my bank had no idea Allstate canceled my auto policy in June 2026 but somehow they kept withdrawing the renters insurance ONLY. My SRT was in an accident in July 2026 and when I filed a claim, I was told my auto insurance cancelled in June. I asked Allstate to reinstate my policy due to their errors and they refused to so now I am giving the bank back a wrecked vehicle which is going to cause me a loss of a vehicle and damage to my credit. McKenzie Stunkel said “ I never gave her my banks information when I set up my policy and my May payment was returned”. My bank would of placed forced insurance if McKenzie actually did her job and or I would of paid my monthly payment if I knew she never attempted a withdrawal. This agents office will LIE to save themselves from huge errors they make and destroy someone’s life. I owe 62k on my SRT. So the fact that this agents office said my payment was returned when it was never withdrawn and to not reinstate after the proof shows they errored badly shows how these agents are corrupt and shitty. DO NOT GO TO CHAD FOR YOUR INSURANCE NEEDS

  Allstate will bombard you with spam and robo calls for years after you cancel a policy with them. I have tried for years to get them to stop calling me! If you enjoy harassment go ahead....otherwise State Farm is a far more ethical company

  Thankfully have never had to make a claim but every time I've had to deal with the office to ask a question or add vehicles to a policy it was simple and easy. I know my insurance needs are well taken care of
