  I went there to replace my wiper blades that I had insurance on. The previous Advance store had messed up the insurance on one blade . Kevin the manager fixed the problem and installed the blades. Steve the other employee was nice and very polite. I will definitely go back to this store!

  I went to advanced autoparts in green mountain on alameda parkway. I have shopped here for years without any issues. I will not be back and 1 star is being generous. I went in to purchase a cabin air filter for my jeep and was given a regular air filter. Once I realized that I was sold the incorrect part I attempted to exchange it. Unfortunately the manager, Alex refused because the sales person not only sold me the wrong part, he sold me a clearance item which they say they cannot return. Alex refused to give me the name and number of a higher manager and was extremely rude!

  Kevin is the man!!! I launched my old windshield wiper blade over my neighbors fence on a snowy morning and headed straight to Advance Auto Parts to get some new blades. I couldn’t read the directions apparently, but Kevin helped me get me on the road with a clear windshield in no time. I was fighting for my life out there in the parking lot with cold hands wishing for a YouTube video to save me when Kevin came to the rescue. Highly recommend this place, I’ve been going there for years.
