  DO NOT TRUST ADVANCED AUTO PARTS — CHECK EVERYTHING YOU RECEIVE. Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered spark plugs and a Mopar oil filter online specifically for future maintenance. When I finally went to use them, I discovered that every single spark plug was the WRONG part, and the supposed Mopar oil filter box contained an STP filter inside it. Let that sink in: I paid for a Mopar filter and received an STP filter inside a Mopar box. None of the parts were used or installed. I contacted Advanced Auto Parts expecting them to make a very simple mistake right. Instead, I was basically told, “It’s past 45 days, so there’s nothing we can do.” Apparently their solution to sending customers the wrong parts is to hope the customer doesn’t discover the mistake until after the return window expires. The worst part is that they wouldn’t even take accountability for the fact that I received incorrect parts. They just hid behind their return policy rather than actually addressing the problem. A return policy is one thing when a customer simply changes their mind. It is completely different when the customer was sent the wrong merchandise in the first place. After this experience, I will never trust Advanced Auto Parts with an important purchase again. If you do order from them, I highly recommend checking every single part, part number, and package immediately — because apparently if you discover their mistake too late, you’re on your own. Terrible quality control. Terrible customer service. Zero accountability. I strongly recommend taking your business somewhere else.

  Visited earlier this evening for a free battery, starter, and alternator test and was helped by Amanda. She was super quick and helpful and a very sweet person in general. You are lucky to have her!

  Battery swap and new light bulbs. Malaki, crushed it and did a great job. Highly recommend and will return any time parts are needed

  I had the pleasure of being helped by Amanda who was kind, positive, and highly skilled! She made frustrating car trouble easy. I thought it would be difficult, but she figured out what battery my car needed and installed it for me quickly. Thank you Amanda!
