  DON'T USE FOR AMAZON RETURNS!! THEY GET MISPLACED. I dropped off items to be returned last month on June 20. I then received an email stating they had not received the returned items. I spoke to a wonderful man that told me he could help me look up which shipping bin they were in based on when I was there and time. I called back once I located this information and was informed this is not the case. When I asked what can be done about the $200 worth of items, I was given a "nothing really" response. I then responded with, " Does this mean I should find somewhere else to drop my items"? "Sounds good." Click went the phone. I'm very disappointed in the customer service and response to using their service. There was even a manager on duty at the time that did not speak with me. This place is a convenient location but I'll go back to Whole Foods for my drop offs.

  They charged me money to print out the UPS shipping label that was emailed to me by them. What a scam!!!

  Shame on UPS!! I've had an account/address at this location since Jan 2013, as well as a business in good standing for that long with Colorado. Yet The UPS Store brand is forcing all customers to comply with USPS Form 1538, even when we mail NOTHING. Form 1538 is an abomination, data grab and privacy invasion by the federal gov - literally forcing ppl who rent a UPS box to give the USPS copies of their vehicle registration, home mortgages, home deeds, etc. What could possibly go wrong? Neither UPS nor the USPS is responsible for the protection of that vital data - look it up!! I can't even name the number of owners who have owned this UPS Store location during my 13 years, and now Kevin, the latest, though they have always had a copy of my ID on file, has closed my box because I WILL NOT comply. Good Riddance! It saves me $300/year.

  I’ve given this UPS Store multiple chances, but the customer service continues to disappoint. The staff consistently acts like helping customers is an inconvenience rather than their job. My most recent visit was the final straw. I brought in three boxes that I intentionally left unsealed in case anything additional was needed for shipping. Instead of offering a few small strips of tape or helping solve a simple issue, the employee refused and told me I’d need to tape them up and come back. This wasn’t about tape. It was about attitude and basic customer service. Turning away a paying customer over a few inches of tape says a lot about how this location chooses to operate. There are too many better options out there to keep accepting this level of service. Goodbye UPS Store. Hello FedEx.
