  The two girls working the counter were extremely rude. I first asked whether they had the sandwich of the day, and without even looking at me she said, “We don’t do that here.” I then saw the promotion advertised on the sign and ordered two footlong sandwiches. When I went to pay, I mentioned the promotion and she acted as if she didn’t understand. I showed it to her, and she told me there was no promotion (that it was app-only) even though the sign clearly states the offer is valid in-store only. She simply said the system “didn’t pull it up” and charged me full price for both sandwiches. On top of the rude tone, she didn’t say another word for the rest of the transaction, as if she’d rather be anywhere else. The restaurant itself is very clean and the food was good, but the customer service was terrible.

  The outside looks like it is shut down. But when You go inside, the music is good. The servers are polite. The food is fresh.
