The new staff doesn't know what customer service is. Me and my friends went to get food, 1 of my friends was gonna but food for us, the guy who's name we don't know was super rude as soon as we came into the store, he said that if were not buying food we have to leave, which I understand but my friends was gonna buy a meal. We went to order the food being very respectful to the guy, his attitude was not nice at all. After my friend ordered he was making me buy something or we had to leave. I told him I was just translating for her and he said it didn't matter I still had to buy something. I don't know since when this is a rule but I was absolutely surprised for how rude he was.

Natalya, our sandwich artist, started with a warm greeting when we entered the store. Not only was she kind, she listened to understand our orders & confirmed after adding each topping. Outstanding customer service by Natalya. She created not only beautiful, yet also delicious sandwiches for us. The restaurant is clean. Music playing at a perfect volume. I'd recommend this location for dine in or to go anytime. Thanks Natalya 🙏

First, my son goes there all the time as it's close to the school. The food is good. That's not my complaint. I'm not ok with the employees telling him that his coupon that i gave him this morning and just came in the mail was already used. It's one thing if the franchise doesn't take coupons b/c the owner is worried about their margins but don't treat my kid bad. The lady was rude and dismissive to him regarding him trying to use it. 2nd: the gift card i gave him to use was also a problem for her. It's a $25 card i gave specifically to use for this purpose, at this Subway, and she told him he couldn't use it! Makes no sense and frustrates me that just because he's a nice young man and isn't going to push it, that she felt like she could bully him. So, not only did he have to pay the full price but he had to pay cash. Come on! These kids ARE your profit. Don't treat them like 2nd class citizens. This is not OK. AND, fix your stupid phone number too. It's not working!
