  Requiring the scanning of a driver's license to send a small item??? Absolutely not! In addition to basic concerns of privacy, my family has already been the victims of mortgage fraud by people getting access to identification records. Walk away. This nonsense will continue until enough of us say NO.

  Most terrible customer service! Spent 45 minutes in the store to walk out without having been able to accomplish what I came for: get a prepaid label and send it with some papers to its destination. Personnel was totally unhelpful, knew nothing and rather condescending. Do not go there if you have something a tiny bit out of the ordinary!
