  Went to UPS to do a return for Amazon a young lady by the name of Elizabeth helped me very polite with a smile gave me outstanding customer service. When leaving she also said hope to see you soon.

  I had a wonderful experience at this UPS Store! Perla provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She was friendly, professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and receive such great service.   I do come to this store often to make amazon returns and drop offs. The staff at this store are always amazing, today I did go in a lot earlier than usual to make a few amazons returns thinking it won’t be busy. I was wrong doors opened at 8am and already a line of customers. Diana was the only one there at the time. She was multitasking among customers, was patient and helpful. Also was fast at getting the line down. We were all in and out in a quickness, overall she did great with her customers. 10/10 recommend.
