  I guess there’s a reason the subway stays empty. I came in on 8–5 at around 5:05 PM to an empty store. It looked like there was one employee working on some DoorDash orders, which is fine. I’m willing to be patient, but it’s the fact that I came in and was met with a dirty look, and then on top of that did not get greeted the first minute I was there before I decided to turn around and leave. Quit letting people with funky energy handle your food. A simple: “Hi I’ll be right with you.” Goes a long way. Acknowledge that you have customers in your empty store. Seems like this is a recurring issue because the same girl with the black hair and all the other reviews is the same girl with the black hair that was rude today. Some of the reviews are for eight months ago how do you expect to be serving the public If you can’t even provide basic customer service?

  Guys, peace and love, the strobing “Subway” light on the back of the building facing Centerplace Drive is getting really old. It’s a damn driving hazard honest to goodness. I genuinely don’t remember a time when that sign didn’t strobe. Please. It’s gotta be the easiest fix in the world. One electrician. One hour. Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
