  Paid for sandwiches and 2 drinks. Went to the fountain drinks and half of them were out and just pored water. We told them. Heard one whisper that Dr pepper was out.. other customers came in.. we waited 5 min and no one tried to get the sodas fixed so we filled up on water down mountain dew and just left. Will drive the extra miles and go to the other subway on 10th. Way better there.

  I don’t ever leave reviews but Shirley deserves some recognition. I come here often in the evenings / late afternoons - like at least several times a week with an online order. Shirley is *AMAZING*. My experience at this store has not always been great, and sometimes, that remains true today. I have consistently thought that employees here were often lacking customer service skills and only spoke to me if I spoke to them, such as saying “thank you” when I walk out of the store, etc. My subs are often made very messy and special instructions are not followed. However, not only has Shirley been friendly since the first interaction with we’ve had, but she’s improved the customer experience for me by remembering me, being personable with me, remembering specifics about my order, and *always* following special instructions! Her subs are made in a way that it’s not falling apart, looks yummy, while still following all requests..which leads me to believe she’s mastered the sequencing of product, puts thought into what she does, and has been able to create a sub that meets the company’s standards. As someone who previously worked in the service industry, and has 8 years of management experience, I can’t help but notice an employee that stands out and deserves to be acknowledged!

  Wow! Just when I thought customer service was dead. I had the fine opportunity to meet Shirley! I am going to be honest here. I went out to pick up something for dinner for the kids and was in a little bit of a pinch. After stopping at another local company, I was greeted with a fresh smile and pleasant customer service here and not the other establishment. Five stars across the board. This lady deserves a raise. I know where to go when in a bunch again. Thank you Shirley! :)

  Asked the employee if my coupon would be honored with a purchase of the Monster sandwich. He replied, "yes, no problem". When he used the coupon it was rejected. I tried to ask him why he told me wrong, thinking maybe he would give me another option. He talked over me & raised his voice. About a week later I went to another Subway here in Greeley. I used my gift card, the same one I had used at 4835 W. 10th Street. The employee informed me that there was no money on the card. When I left the Subway at 4835 W. 10th St. I had approximately 80 dollars on it. I'm not saying that this rude employee at 4835 stole the money on the gift card but it does make me wonder.
