  New agent isn’t as good as Sue. We are just number and cash flow. My home was insured with them for many years my rate went up a lot with no claims. I ended up cancelling before due date and ended up with a bill. They didn’t seem to care that I was leaving and taking my business elsewhere. They didn’t ask why I was cancelling, didn’t offer to check for any discounts to try to keep me. I guess he’s making enough money that loosing customers doesn’t matter.

  Terri was very helpful today, as always. I have also worked with Deb, Brodie and Leah at this agency. I do not like the automated phone system, but I love knowing the back door ("Agent") which gets me through to a human quickly. I have several policies and have needed help with some complex issues. There was a period where I talked with them nearly every day for two weeks, sometimes 3 and 4 times a day. Several months later, the staff at this agency still remember my name and my policies. The ability to talk one-on-one with the same people is really helpful. Their expertise and kindness has been valued.
