  They said they delivered my package but I have the driver on my ring camera not leaving anything he just walked away. Now I’m disputing claims with my credit card company and the sender showing clearly that nothing had been delivered. This should be considered tampering and a federal offense.

  Had a Ball Python overnighted and held at the FedEx hub. Went smoothly and was able to pick him up first thing in the morning. Nice and helpful staff.

  Driver gave no attention to the small brick we keep on top of our delivery bin to keep the lid closed on windy days. Today is horribly windy. He just lifted our delivery box lid, let the brick slide and scrape all the way down the lid and drop behind it. It scraped up the lid as he let it fall instead of just moving it, placing the package inside and putting it back on top. It weighs no more than a pound... I'm also disabled and now have to find someone to help me recover the brick he dropped behind our delivery box I have no way to bend down or reach behind the box to get it myself. So that's super cool, tell him thanks! 😤🤬
