  Went in the store, and had to walk all the way to the counter before representative could seen... After interrupting their conversation, I was told it would cost me an extra almost 30 dollars to reactivate a phone I already had through their store... In all it would have cost me almost 100 dollars to get my phone back on with service... I have never before been charged like this when I have missed my due date and had to reactivate my phone... So I left and went to Walmart, where they got it turned back on for me for less than 75 dollars, tax included, with Cricket... Seems better to go to Walmart, than this Cricket Retailer...
