  Allstate is a bunch of bullshit they claim I missed a payment which is untrue but won’t tell me which month was missed and they say they canceled my service this month but never sent me any paperwork or never called to say this

  We've had Chris as our home and auto insurance agent for almost 10 years now. He has always been amazing and we've never had any issues getting claims done in a timely and professional matter.

  We have never been treated so unprofessional. Not only was our accident not handled in a timely matter but we were asked to do our own estimate using an app that crashed twice, use our own AAA towing and funds to take care of it even though we have full coverage plus towing,and then when I arrived at the towing yard over an hour from my home,was told Allstate had not done their part and the storage fee wasn't paid. Chris has not returned calls or emails since that day and put everything on his manager's plate. Our car was left for over 30 days without being taken care of and it was only after I personally called the body shop we discovered it hadn't been touched or ever moved!! Thirty some days later and we are still at square one!! We never received an apology or explanation. I highly recommend you use another agent!!!

  I'm so glad I changed to AllState with Chris Lucio. I was paying so much with my previous insurance provider.. If I had switched a lot sooner to AllState, I would have saved a lot of money. I know I made the right decision by switching to AllState/Chris Lucio. I highly recommend this agent and his office. Mari is awesome! 😊
