  Ordered through Door Dash and half of our order was missing. Ordered seasoned fries and didn’t get them. Ordered two brownies and didn’t get them. The wings had enough sauce for two orders; there was way too much seasoning on the cheese fries. The food that we did get was mediocre at best. First and last time ordering from them!!!

  I had a great experience with this store. I ordered 200 Wings for a 50th class reunion party (1of 3) in July 2026. Everyone was thrilled with the food. I got what I ordered and our party was fabulous. Thank you, Wingstop!!

  If I knew I could leave a no stars I would. This place is awful for customer service and order completion. I placed an online order and got there when they said it was done, there was one girl in there with no other orders and she still said my order still wasn’t done and could take up to 20 more minutes, when I asked why they would mark it as complete without the order being complete she tried to tell me the system does it by itself.. huh ? I have worked in fast food before with online order and YOU as the business have to mark it as done but whatever, when I asked if I could could have my food, they told me is wasn’t ready still and laughed at me. Safe to say my family and I will NEVER be coming back unless there’s some kind of change …. Also thanks for just dumping my fries into my bag :/

  The absolute WORSE service I have ever experienced and the sole reason I will never return. I placed my order online. I received the text from the app stating my order was finished 2 minutes before I arrived at to pick it up. When I went in the server at the register was assisting another guest. After she finished I gave them my name and was informed that they were "waiting on a few things" for the order. No big deal so I waited. While I waited the woman who had ordered at the counter got her food, as did the two customers who came in after me and placed their orders AT THE COUNTER. The app had suggested my food would be done around 8:15 and had told me my food was done at 8:15 yet I did not receive my food until 9:00pm. After every other order at the time had been handed out. Turns out, my food had NOT been waiting on anything and had instead been sitting there for over 30 minutes. When the sever finally gave me my order everything, and I mean everything, was cold and had to be reheated. I was made to wait for almost 45 minutes for food that wasn't even fresh OR warm. And all I had was two meals. So chicken, fries, and corn. It wasn't a large order or even a complicated order. I love Wingstop and have been coming to this one since it opened. But after that BS... I don't think I will ever wasting my money on that sort of treatment or service again.
