  Would’ve had a much better experience had the little girl behind the counter named McKenzie, not had Such an attitude and even acted sort of happy to help. We had an issue with the app and all she could say is it’s a glitch sorry I can’t help and definitely made sure everyone knew how annoyed she was. Or so it seemed 🤷‍♀️ do yourself a favor and don’t bother going here sadly subway isn’t what it used to be

  Tried getting breakfast. Online said open at 8, front door said open at 8, but at 8:15 all the lights were off and no one to be seen. No sign on the door or anything. Really disappointing.

  Poor quality and always have my sandwiches messed up when ordered from the horizon drive store. My Philly today had mayo allover the outside of the sandwich and none on the inside.

  The people where very rude was gonna get food had to use the restroom first asked if I am getting food told them no to see what they said and told me I couldn't use the bathroom then and told me to go use Freddy's bathroom

  Used the app to order ahead. Gave them 1 hour warning… hadn’t even been started. Why bother with the app?
