    These managers are awfully rude! They are very unprofessional and should not be in charge of hiring employees! If you’re going to be a manager own up to your responsibility and take accountability to realize your system you run isn’t proficient! You should never treat any person that way no matter the circumstances as a manager you remain professional during all points of contact! Very disappointed with my interactions with the manager Kenzie she needs to learn how to remain professionalism and understand her actions were not acceptable

    We just came through tonight 3/7/26 and got our son a turkey sandwich and they didn't even put turkey on the sandwich. My son got cucumbers and cheese. My husband's chipotle cheese streak sandwich didn't have the Chipotle sauce either. It took long enough that we shut our car off and the was only maybe 2 people in the store and we were the only ones in the drive thru.

    Consistently frustrating experience. The touchscreen regularly goes down, but instead of helping customers place an order another way, they turn you away at the window. Technology issues happen, but the lack of flexibility or customer service is the real problem. Hard to keep coming back when you’re ready to order and get sent packing.

    When you go to a Subway you expect the same menu and ingredients as every other Subway. Not here. And talk about being stingy with inexpensive items like spinach or bell peppers. WILL NOT EVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION.
