  Owner was onsite and provided horrible customer service. Talks about how hard it is to be a small biz owner after a technical glitch cause system failure and he cant help us (he could, just chose not to as he would have “lost” a few bucks), then overheard talking about the new Tesla he’s buying. You have no idea what your customers are going through. Dont be rude and maybe, just maybe, take the high road.

  Decided not to go to Subway because there were 2 dogs off leash inside. Seems to be related to an employee there. Dogs inside a business where food is prepared is against FDA regulations. Definitely not service dogs, and if they are, they should be on a leash.

  If the owner is there, go elsewhere. He is such a cheap skate when it comes to ingredients on the sandwich. You'll never get a smaller portioned sandwich anywhere in the U.S. than you will here. Employees tend to do a great job when he isn't there.
