Seeing that this is another remarkable review of the Granby Carquest courtesy of John. I was in a tight spot with two dead batteries. John was very helpful and made exchanging my batteries one of the most pleasant repairs I've had to make on my vehicle. Thanks John, glad I got to meet you today.

So incompetent that they can't look up purchase history. Must take vehicle in to personally inspect car battery IN-PERSON. Otherwise, they have to look up every battery for your car, which they only carry two, and is too time consuming. They also can't install batteries, look up brand history or recommend best options. Good luck to any poor soul who has to venture here, lived there 4 years and they cant even screw in a licensed plate, much less help with anything they sell or have sold.
