The food and service are good as always but they didn't have any cheese and they said Friday was their day before they receive their shipment which is a huge logistical issue but still good

The woman working at the front desk is terrible; every time I go there, she treats me with hostility and racism. Today, she kicked me out, and I have a video of the incident.

Very frustrating experience. I placed an order through the Subway app and then received a call from the store informing me they could not make my sandwich because they were out of ingredients. When I asked to cancel the order and receive a refund, both the employee and manager told me they could not do anything. I have now spent a significant amount of time trying to figure out how to get my money back for an order the store was unable to fulfill. Mistakes happen, but customers should not have to chase down refunds when a store cannot provide what was ordered.

I absolutely love this Subway! Amy and her staff are the best. Food is always great. They went out of their way for me today and I really appreciate it. Thank you all. I'll be back for sure!
