  understaffed. maybe instead of telling people who show up in person to wait 30 minutes behind some massive online order, you should have more than 1 person working. we went to another place

  Skinny buzzed white dude with no drip was trying desperately hard to crack his female coworkers by listening to them bullshit for 15 minutes straight while customers waited, does this count as sexual harassment chat?

  We love Subway and today might have made it so we never go back since we moved to Golden now . Went in for lunch and the place was so gross.I don’t even think the kid serving food worked there he seem to be in his pajamas.Food on the floor and the vegetable looked weeks old.So sad we had to leave hopefully there is another one somewhere in Golden. Who ever owns this place should be shutdown

  They were out of every type of bread except for Italian, out of meatballs, Teriyaki chicken, Sweet onion, No variety of chips and the pop machine is down. Are they going out of business? Not sure what’s going on, but it’s kind of a joke here.

  Were out of all but two types of bread at dinner time around 3:50ish just poorly stocked today. And I love this subway cause they are the best usually. To the kid working by yourself at this time on April 16th 2026 at 350pm Im sorry we had to leave with not ordering. Its not your fault . Thank you for youre customer service! Its also unsafe to have one person there at a time working. Again to that kid even though you were out of literally every bread thank you for caring.
