  Removed items from my auto policy without telling me to make it cheaper for me, so I would buy from them. Also, told me my policy would be one price, to find out the next day that it was going to be more. This agency is full of fun surprises!

  I was an insurance for several years and also my own agent. When left the insurance business I tried for several years to find an agent as good as me. Haha! I couldn’t, I switch agencies 3 times. It was horrible! Then I found Jeremy at The Gary Nakamura Agency. I gave them 5 stars as that’s the highest I was allowed, I can’t begin to tell everyone how great this company is. They not only saved me money but they got back when they said they would. Answered the phone each time I called, not with that would be expected but was nice. Jeremy followed through with each of my policies, he even showed me that by canceling my flood and paying a fee that I was still saving money but put my flood insurance with Allstate. He went above and beyond which shows the kind of people that Gary hires. Betty Y
