  Connor was amazing! My Jeep stalled out multiple times just getting into the parking lot. He helped me troubleshoot part after part to see if I could even hobble home. He cleaned parts, tried adjusting things, did everything creative with the tools he had (which were his personal tools) just to get me home. Connor really tried everything in his power and I can’t express how much I appreciate his efforts. Truly an asset to this store!

  Tabitha and her husband were the best! Stood in 95 degree weather for 20 minuets in all black to help me and my friend do a battery- alternator test. So kind so sweet. Thank you for being human compared to most!!

  I went to a competitor and they told me that they could not install a battery for my car. Then I went to Advance Auto Parts and they explained to me that it really is simple and that I was not getting the truth from the other store. I left Advanced AutoParts filled with so much gratitude for the staff especially Alicia. She’s amazing and Connor was helpful too. I feel so relieved because when your car battery does not work it creates a lot of stress. The advanced auto parts team was truly a breath of fresh air, and I am so grateful to them and to the store
