I've bought my parts and fluids for one old Corvette and two modern Audi SUV's at the Golden, CO store almost exclusively for about 10 years now. Prices are very good, service is usually at least decent, usually very good. There's been a lot of staff turnover, you only see the same person working there for some number of months and they're gone but, they're always good to work with. I bought a battery there recently, Tabitha who was new to me sold it to me plus did the free installation. She is fast, friendly and competent, you can't ask for more than that.

I was assured by manager that Tabithas husband wasn't allowed on property but he was there all day working on people's cars in the parking lot

Connor was amazing! My Jeep stalled out multiple times just getting into the parking lot. He helped me troubleshoot part after part to see if I could even hobble home. He cleaned parts, tried adjusting things, did everything creative with the tools he had (which were his personal tools) just to get me home. Connor really tried everything in his power and I can’t express how much I appreciate his efforts. Truly an asset to this store!

Tabitha and her husband were the best! Stood in 95 degree weather for 20 minuets in all black to help me and my friend do a battery- alternator test. So kind so sweet. Thank you for being human compared to most!!
