Arrived exactly 1 hour before check in and was told an early check in couldn’t be accommodated and that I had to pay a $30 early check in fee. Parking is an additional $10 as well. Feels excessive. There are equivalent places I’d suggest spending money at - skip this one.

Manager, Nessa and her team were very accommodating. When our room wasn't ready yet, she got my family (and exhausted 3 year old) into a different, but beautiful room ASAP. We will be back!

I just stayed here 20 21 of August...Great Location and dog friendly...They charge 30$ a night for cleaning after last dog guest...I chose this because of that policy...After the first day the deodorizer they put in the room started to wear off it really smelled like pee...Our room was not cleaned and we stayed two nights...The toilet seat completely fell off tge toilet with me on it...Told the front desk they "Fixed it" only to have it happen again the next day...There was a loop lock at shoulder height it kept locking the door causing it to jam ..I happened 3 times and had to be forced open...We taped it back so it would stop....This place is beautiful the room was spacious but the smell....I had to open the window with no screen and sleep that way for the smell...It got cold because of the window there was one extra blanket and a couple of sheets for two queen size beds....This was in a plastic zipper bag in the closet ...This stuff stunk like it had not been washed for a while...I always carry a UV light ...Best Western claims they clean with one....I decided to use it after we packed up...There was pee everywhere on the carpet along side the bed and wall and table legs....I did not want to write this....I tried to email the place no response I called about this left a message i talked to someone in person that said management would get back with me...Nothing...I felt I should be refunded for the pet cleaning charge because Cleary they did not clean up after last pets.....Carpet in hotels that take animals is gross.....We spent 500$ for 2 weekday nights with the pet fee and parking charge.....Im sad about this if it was clean my room, and cleaned in between my 2 day stay this review wouldn't be here....The breakfast was good and ground great

The $10/night parking fee is offensive. Now, I started the day at a conference in downtown Denver where overnight parking is $55/night. BUT, you expect it there AND they list those prices up front. Here, it's robbery. Putting aside those 1,000 pennies, the hotel is the epitome of, "don't judge a book by its cover." When I pulled in and saw the exterior of the buildings, I thought, "he chose...poorly." However, the room was absolutely spotless and it was perfect for my needs. Also, the gentleman at the front desk was outstanding. Yes, he treated me quite well, but what truly impressed me was the care he took with the people in front of me. He was patient and respectful with his answers. To the point that I would hire him and train him up. My stay experience was great...except for the surprise of the 1,000 pennies.

This was interesting. We arrived Tuesday night (7/21) after a long trip from WI. We were to stay two nights and explore the area. . . . We were given a room, drove to it only to notice a family coming out of it. I went to the desk to relay this and they said, that can't be. I said, go check. He came back, agreed, and apologized for a "new person" that had given away our pre-paid room. I was then informed that this is a problem because they were totally booked. So now we had no room. I mentioned that they will need to put me in one of their "Elite status" rooms that they keep open; just in case someone pops in at the last minute; they did. Again, that was my solution to their "challenge". We then were informed that we could stay the night, but would have to change to another room in the morning because the upgraded room they gave us was booked for Wednesday night. We had to postpone our days schedule till they could locate and clean a room for us to move into; second shifting of our stuff. After all this, managers notes in the computer, agreed upon refund and more. . . . I then went to check out with a different manager on Thursday morning. He commented that he didn't see the notes I was referring to. VERY frustrating. Fortunately, the evening desk person was about to go home and vouched for the whole story I had to tell, again. The second night should have been comped; especially since they were sold out! They definitely did quite well those two nights. It was eventually resolved, but really put a damper on the beginning of a vacation. It is in a great location and the staff did work with me. The breakfast was very good and the person tending the breakfast was Awesome. The beds & pillows were not the most comfortable I have experienced and the tvs did not work properly. Again, this was an interesting challenge. Would I go back; not sure. Some of this goes to training and I wish them the best on improving some of those details.
