    They charged us double price for sub and 2.5 times for diet pespi around 12 dollar for 2 small diet pepsi

    We stopped by to get lunch, and the employees were super friendly! The store was clean, the food was fresh, the bread was soft, and the cookies were cooked perfectly! We are very satisfied with our experience!

    Ordered two subs online paid for it got there and they had no lettuce or smashed avocado which I paid extra for. There was no way to cancel my ordered and the poor girl behind the counter didn't speak English. I took my subs and ate them when I got home. I had to take them cause she didn't know how to issue a refund. Subway corporate on the contact us was totally useless. Go to the subway off of Holly and Leetsdale. Much better service.

    Showed up it was busy. Waited 10 minutes until my turn. Had nothing in stock, meaning no bread or chips. Get to the front and Paola tells me to wait and proceeds to make 6 online orders in front of me. In the process she uses the last intalian herb and cheese bread which I wanted. Worst subway ever

    Garbage. Waited for 20 minutes just to start the order, one guy working at 7pm. Guy finally made my sandwich but then get down to the register and dude locked himself out of the computer. So then we waited ANOTHER 20 minutes for him to contact someone for the password, my husband asked if we could just pay cash and take the sandwich. Ended up just walking out without the food, hungry and pissed off the we wasted so much time waiting on the guy to figure it out. (Which he never did) ended up going to firehouse subs after and they were the best there!!! Hooked it up with extra meat and cheese!!
