Can’t even call to speak to anyone to cancel an order I’m 2 hours away from that location the app doesn’t help or update especially if no one picks up the phone to be able to cancel this place is horrible don’t waste your time going

Rae is amazing! I had a mix-up with my order and I went there to fix it and she helped me out. I couldn't appreciate her anymore. She deserves all the props

Horrible Customer Service. Placed an order online then immediately realized I order at wrong location. I wasnt sure how to cancel so I called the store serval times and no answer. I message customer support and they said in I am unable to refund your order. The stores prioritize the customers in the store and are unable to answer the phone if they are busy. continued to call the store serval times throughout the day and still no answer.

It wasn’t the worst experience I’ve had the food was edible. But I asked for my sub to be toasted and I watched them put it in, but it’s already cold the cheese didn’t even melt completely. The place itself needs a little redecorating and a clean. I will not be coming back here that’s for sure.
