  Had to ship a firearm accessory (rifle barrel), not a firearm. Per policy, they can't. They said the regular UPS can, but they cannot. Luckily, FedEx was down the road and was able to ship it without a hiccup. Ironically, the item I was trying to return was originally shipped by UPS. Edit: response to owner reply A barrel is not subject to Federal restrictions. That is a UPS Store ops manual no-no. I, as an average citizen, can ship a barrel anywhere I want. The 1 star review is for your ops manual policy and that alone. You, as a shipper can ship a barrel anywhere without issue, it's not a serialized firearm. To me, it's an extension of a company choosing to not help me due to a political stance taken.

  Great experience, very convenient location. Always in and out. Just the right amount of people working to get through the drop off and packaging.
