  I have been faxing from this store for a LONG time. Today after faxing my documents, ten pages, they let me know that the $1.00 that it used to cost per page to fax had changed to $1.99 per page. Their greed has just cost them WAY more than the ten or twenty dollars they made.

  The Foxfield UPS location is the one I choose even though there is a location closer to my house. The staff is friendly and efficient and goes out of their way to help you.

  I had an excellent experience at the UPS Store in the Englewood area. Suman provided outstanding notary service and made the entire process smooth, quick, and stress-free. He was very professional, patient, and explained everything clearly before notarizing my documents. What really stood out was his friendly attitude and attention to detail. He made sure all signatures and paperwork were completed correctly, and the whole process was handled efficiently. If anyone is looking for reliable and professional notary services in the Englewood area, I highly recommend asking for Suman. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had!

  This location has nice customer service. Today, I particularly came in because one of my items was not given to USPS and didnt have tracking. Not their fault but I will have to file a claim with USPS. Ms. Astrid was very nice to give me USPS customer service number and redirect me kindly.
