  We've been a customer at this branch for a while now, managing mail on behalf of someone who lives overseas, and Kamal has been fantastic to work with. Even though scanning/photographing mailbox contents isn't standard UPS Store policy, he went out of his way to check with his manager and found a way to help us stay on top of important documents while we're abroad. He's consistently responsive, proactive about renewals (gave us a heads up before our mailbox term expired), and always follows up with receipts and confirmations without us having to chase him down. If you're looking for a reliable mailbox service, especially if you need to manage it remotely, I'd highly recommend this branch. Kamal and the team here make it so much easier. Really appreciate all his help.

  They miss handled my package didn’t deliver it to my house and now my package is nowhere to be found, and it is very sensitive information. These people will not handle your package correctly. You will lose very important shit at the worst time.

  I went this morning to renew my job contract which means it needs to be notarized. I've been renewing my job contract for the last 10 years, so I'm very familiar with how the process works. When I walked in, a pregnant lady WHO REFUSED TO HELP ME because I presented my Mexican passport, and that it wasn't allowed as I had to show an American passport. They need to train their staff, as ANY PASSPORT is an official government issued photo ID. Anyway, she tried arguing that my passport wasn't valid as it was in Spanish, when clearly its in both languages, English and Spanish. I simply walked out and went to another UPS where I had no problem whatsoever. This is a serious matter as this can be a lawsuit for discrimination. I felt belittled by the lady.
