Though I understand the hours of operation are posted on a tiny sign in the window, You can’t have your open sign flipped around to people who are driving past. I drove past the UPS store just to return something and thought they were open based on their signage and they weren’t open. Probably turn that sign around to closed if you’re closed.

UPS is now a joke!
Did the pre-sign online, guess what? They were unable to deliver my package because no one was there. I don’t have time to go pick it up, they’re paid to deliver to me. Ridiculous, customer service is none existent. I don’t care about the stuff I can check online, I want to talk to someone about your inability to do your job.
This company is a waste of time if you’re not a commercial business.

Brought in ups items to ship out. Employee notified me that the items had to be in a box, they both were in a box. I told them they could charge me for a box if they needed to, I was met with a blank stare and told to have a great day. Very confusing experience considering they are a shipping center.

Very disappointing customer service. The employee I dealt with was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional, which made what should have been a simple interaction uncomfortable.
Looking through other Google reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who has had this experience. Unfortunately, the same employee behaves this way every time I’ve gone in, and she appears to be the manager. It’s frustrating to see repeated complaints about the same issue while nothing seems to change.
When customers raise concerns, they are always told to speak with the store directly, which clearly does nothing to address the problem. Because of this, I’ll be traveling out of my way from now on to use a different store. Customer service and basic courtesy clearly need improvement here.
