  Pregnant and was craving subway. Genuinely felt like the only thing that i could eat. Made an online order with instructions. Ordered a chicken teriyaki with ranch. No extra teriyaki sauce. My sandwich unfortunately had a lot and I mean A LOT of teriyaki sauce. I understand the chicken itself has sauce and if you want extra you can ask for it. I DID NOT. I normally wouldn't even complain but the sandwich was drenched. When I called to hopefully have things sorted out. I was told that it is Mandatory to add extra teriyaki sauce to the sandwich (three lines). As a FORMER subway employee, I am aware that is UNTRUE. I am extremely upset and will NOT be returning to this location. Not being able to eat or keep anything down, I was looking forward to actually sitting down to enjoy meal. I was also told / recommended by locals that they have Gray Water and not to eat here again!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

  Food is good. I can't order online since the app doesn't allow custom sandwiches and if you call, the guy said "we can't take orders over the phone, use the app". I was out of town, ordering for my teenage son to pick up and he didn't have a credit card. Subway should do better. We also stopped ordering from Subway too much since their prices are too high now. For higher prices, the better quality is better elsewhere.
