DON'T ORDER ONLINE. Apparently unless you are standing there watching them make your sandwich, it will not be correct. I did an online order, dropped over $50 and 3 of the four sandwiches were incorrect. I asked for toasted on all 4 and only 2 were toasted. They even forgot the cheese on my sandwich. Waste of money, I wont be back to this location its not well managed.
These people urgently need a customer service course or need to find another job that doesn’t make them miserable and doesn’t make customers miserable too.
I went to this store yesterday, June 12, around 2:50 PM. There was a guy and a girl working, and I walked up to them but nobody greeted me or said anything. One was making a sandwich while the other just stood there doing nothing. I stood in front of them for about 3 minutes while they completely ignored me, not even saying “I’ll be with you in a moment.” I was just left there not knowing if I was going to be helped. Very awkward.
After that, the guy finally helped me and at least he was nice. The girl, on the other hand, had a rude, bitchy attitude and clearly didn’t want to be there. When she asked what I wanted on my sandwich, she did it with a mean-girl tone and expression, like helping customers was the last thing she wanted to do. She didn’t say another word for the rest of the interaction.
I know working at Subway must be miserable, girl, but then go study something or find another job, because your energy and negativity suck the life out of the room.
As someone who struggles with anxiety, having to walk up and order in places like this is already hard, and people like this make the experience even more unnecessarily difficult and negative.
We had a wonderful experience at Subway today. I brought my clients in for lunch, and the staff and manager were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful to both our group and staff members. We had a small mishap with one of the orders, and they handled it immediately with professionalism and a great attitude. Their customer service truly stood out and made our visit smooth and enjoyable. We really appreciated the care and respect they showed everyone. Thank you for going above and beyond!
I have had it last time I give this store a chance, Missing sauce on my sandwich and I even asked for extra, paid for more protein and was skipped as well, half the items missing, maybe it's me cus I did online ordering but you would think it would be made correctly

Rude is all I have to say !!! Manager was very unprofessional and straight up put my sandwich on the the outside counter where the straws were and made no contact !!!…I will NEVER go back
