  Went in with the intention of purchasing 4 quarts of oil. The clerk suggested that I purchase a 5 quart bottle, which got me a free oil filter and to purchase an oil change "kit" (drain pan, funnel, bundle of rags and some hand cleaner). To purchase all of that was cheaper than if I had only bought the 4 individual quarts of oil.

  I had an outstanding experience thanks to Tim and MJ. They were both incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the exact part I needed for my car, taking the time to answer my questions and ensuring everything was taken care of. It’s rare to find customer service like this, and they truly made the entire process easy and stress-free.   Bad customer service, employees were only talking to each other and ignored me and my disabled brother. Absolutely disgraceful and won’t be returning even if my car is in shambles and this is the only store available

  I had a very complicated battery warranty issue arise while I was away from home, and after being pointed in his direction, I spoke with Cody, the General Manager. From the start, Cody was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find a solution. Even though the situation involved multiple locations and wasn't a simple, straightforward issue, he took the time to understand what was going on, make the necessary calls, and help get everything resolved. What impressed me most was that he didn't just give me a quick answer and move on. He took ownership of the situation, followed through, and made sure I had the information and support I needed. He also shared some valuable automotive advice that was very helpful. Customer service like this is becoming harder and harder to find. Many managers could learn a lot from Cody's professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help people. I highly recommend this store. If you're fortunate enough to work with Cody, you'll be in great hands.

  The Team at Advance Auto Parts at Fountain, are professional, extremely helpful, and exceptional. They should be commended on their abilities, professionalism, and customer acumen with an award, bonus, promotion and raise in salary; all incentives. I fully recommend Advance Auto Parts for their great team members across all of them.
