  Order process was way too difficult, communicating a simple order to the cashier shouldn’t be this hard. Also shop has strong unpleasant smell maybe it’s time to check your ventilation system. We didn’t like food either, sauces felt like chemical/artificial. Poor experience.

  Had order up on screen showing ready - when I inquired it was promptly taken off and hadn’t even been started. Not coming back
