  I got a package from Amazon and it needed a box. I tried to take it to the Drake and Lemay Location and the guy was rude and didn’t help at all so I took it today to the UPS location on Harmony and Kaiya was amazing. She was so sweet and she helped me set it up to where I could just give her the barcode and print it off. I definitely recommend going to this UPS over any other UPS in Fort Collins area.

  Annabella was SO nice, SO friendly, SO helpful, and SO patient. I was trying to print and submit all my passport documents and it was confusing and she was really accommodating! Oh and she had cute nails too. Thanks Annabella, I hope I got your name right!

  Walked in at 5:55pm on a Thursday and asked to get two documents notarized- the guy working said sure we can help with that, then another female employee interrupted and said no, we close at 6pm and can't, we're short staffed. 3 employees working and I was the only one in the store. Business listing as well as hours on your phone number say you close at 6:30pm. Incredibly frustrating and bad customer service. Even if it was 5 minutes before close, you still do your job. Will go elsewhere for shipping and notary services in the future.
