  call center employee was extremely rude and kept yelling at me. I asked him not to speak like that, he wouldn't stop, so I asked to speak to his supervisor. he would alternate between apologizing and yelling. refused to listen to me from the beginning of the call. I never received a call back from a supervisor.

  Wanted to shout out Jackson K for his amazing customer service with my complicated Amazon return. Long story short, Staples messed up my return, and Jackson went out of his way to help me get it sorted and sent back to Amazon correctly. Thank you!

  Most businesses today are trying to convince customers to be patient with poor service. Today, I experienced the exact opposite. I walked into the UPS Store expecting a routine errand and walked out genuinely impressed by a young employee who couldn’t have been more than 19. He was professional, attentive, respectful, confident, and communicated with a level of maturity that is becoming increasingly rare. He wasn’t just “nice.” He anticipated questions, took ownership of the interaction, made me feel like my business mattered, and represented your company in a way that every business hopes its employees will. To whoever hired him: thank you for recognizing character. To whoever supervises him: I hope you know what you have. We spend far too much time complaining when things go wrong. People like this deserve to be celebrated just as loudly when they get it right. Five stars isn’t enough. Keep investing in employees like him—they’re the reason customers come back.

  I got a package from Amazon and it needed a box. I tried to take it to the Drake and Lemay Location and the guy was rude and didn’t help at all so I took it today to the UPS location on Harmony and Kaiya was amazing. She was so sweet and she helped me set it up to where I could just give her the barcode and print it off. I definitely recommend going to this UPS over any other UPS in Fort Collins area.
