stepped in on Friday 24th, the day after Thanksgiving. I had received a text from corporate offering "buy one get one free". I showed the coupon to the clerk and asked if I could use it in conjunction with the "deal of the day", which was a $6 Tuna.
She said she could not tell me, we would need to wait till it "rang up". I asked for the manager. She told me that there was no manager available. I asked for the name of the manager. She said there was no manager for the store.
I kept asking for a price before I ordered. Eventually one of the other staff, wanting to stop me blocking the line told me. "It will charge the higher". She could not tell me what that meant.
So, I decided to just order the two Tuna, at $6.00 and see if indeed I got the "free second sandwich". I had decided that since they had told me they could not give me a price till it rang up, I would let it ring, and if I did not like the price, just leave them the sandwich, if they did mot honor the coupon.
Well it did. The sandwiches were good, the price was great.
SO, why a one star rating? Customer service: no manager, or a lie about the manager. No one in the store who knew how it would ring up. And a terrible attitude about it all
