  I get lunch here often and have for a little over half a year now, it’s the best option for my short lunch breaks. In the last month or so my experiences have been pretty consistently bad. Either I would set up an online order for 12:20 and when I arrived at 12:35, they haven’t even started making my sandwich, or there’s missing/incorrectly substituted ingredients.

  Mateo was real friendly and helpful. Suggested a sandwich I could afford on my budget. He made it beautifully too :)

  I was in the restaurant and my experience was wonderful. The gentleman Dezzi was very, very polite when making my order. The order was accurate and very speedy finish. He was getting ready to close and knew his priorities with working in the fast food industry. I give him a 15++(

  Ordered 2 subs around 1145 am maybe 12pm to have ready by 1230pm. Walk in and neither sandwich is done. Order said it was ready by 1215pm. Showed up and they weren't even done. Then was thanked for my patience. At that point I had no patience. Idk what theyre doing back there but it is holding up alot of people when they only have 30 mins for lunch. When I order to have it done at a certain time especially 15 minutes before I arrive at the store. I expect it to be done. Will not be coming back to this location ever.
