There's one guy in there that is seemingly always very angry about something and kinda takes it out on me for just being there. I tried to be extra friendly thinking maybe he's having a bad day, but after a couple of times, that's on him and he needs to get it together or find another job.
My other issue is FedEx's ridiculous AI phone management system. I can't get ahold of a real person in the location because the AI is completely unuseable. I'll just stick with USPS and UPS at this point.
Honestly, for 2 copies 54 cents, you guys make enter 10-minutes worth of info, why can't I pay at the counter for my over priced prints instead of credit card, etc. How stupid and annoying can you be? Here, I spent the same time writing this review as entering c.c info.

Very happy with the service here. Just brought in some tires to be shipped back to the seller, and within about 30 seconds, the FedEx staff had me sorted. Thank you so much!

Certainly blame falls on me and I'm just frustrated. They didn't use the city I asked them to use and the package got returned undeliverable, there's $40 I'll never get back. The front line staff were annoyed I was there, maybe they did it on purpose to intentionally screw me and laughed about it after I left. I guess I learned my lesson on trusting those people.
