  I went into the store thinking that I was going to have a bad customer service experience from reading all the reviews, but it was far from that the nice lady asked me what she can help me with I explained that I had broke my phone and needed a new one ,her customer service was outstanding,it’s crazy cause her name was Karen and she was far far away from being a Karen ,I just want to say thank you Karen for all that you do and they should give you raise,I will be returning if I need anything else

  Once again great customer service from Raphael. So willing to help and pleasant to speak with him and Jennifer. I've had nothing but good experience with this store and the staff.
