I walked into the store looking to open a new account they offered me the iPhone 16e for $100 so in total I would have to pay $185 for activation and first month. I agreed but the phone wasn’t in stock so they would have to order it and I would have to leave $20 deposit. This was on a Wednesday, they told me the phone would arrive Friday. On Friday I went to the store and It wasn’t there so then they said Monday and then Tuesday and they finally called today, a week later saying it had arrived. I went to the store and now they said I had to pay $305 because the phone price went up to $250 Tuesday but they could wave the activation fee and give me a free phone case. That’s $120 more than what they told me at first. They need to honor what they tell clients. Very disappointing!
