  I went in today as my battery light was on and I had just recently purchased my battery from there. I was helped by four different people today. The first three were less than helpful with no stars. I was told my battery was fine and so was my alternator. I proceeded to drive away and had to turn right around as my light turned back on. Then my car completely died as I parked and all the lights turned on which alluded to a bad alternator that I was previously told was fine. Tylor came to the rescue. He rechecked battery that I was just told was fine and holding a charge. It in fact was not. My battery was still under warranty and Tylor didn't mess around with wasting more time trying to diagnose the problem. He honored the warranty and replaced the battery. Then tested the battery and alternator. Turns out my alternator was bad and misdiagnosed by another associate at the store not minutes before. Tylor went above and beyond, took the time and had the patience to fully diagnose the problem with professionalism and courtesy, treating me like I was family. Tylor is fantastic and such an amazing asset to the store, he personally deserves these 5+ stars. Thank you so much Tylor!

  I had a really great experience at Advanced Auto Parts in Fort Collins. I originally purchased ignition coils from them last June, and when they recently started misfiring, I brought them in along with my receipt. Thomas was incredibly helpful from the start. He took the time to make sure I had properly diagnosed the issue, while also being honest that other factors could be at play. They honored the replacement on the coils, and based on his recommendation, I went ahead and upgraded to a higher-quality set to help avoid future issues. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free and really went above and beyond to take care of me during a frustrating situation. Because of this experience, I’ll absolutely be going out of my way to come back here—even though I have an AutoZone much closer to me. Huge thanks to Thomas for the honesty, professionalism, and care.
